Waterfall Spa is a Ladies only Day Spa located in the heart of fashionable Leeds offering ladies unadulterated chill-out and pampering. Initially appointed to create and develop 27 treatments including rituals, standard protocols and customer service. This extended into a consultancy role during the build and set up period of the spa; working with the Designer advising on operational flow, design issues and equipment procurement.
